Monday, March 3, 2008 at 07:49PM
Especially when you’re looking at using print ads such as your marketing brochures, here are some of the few things you should know when advertising:
1 – Always aim for being unique and different. From all the many junk mail your target clients see everyday, what will make you stand out? What makes you different from the rest that also have the same offer?
2 – Make sure that your ad is updates. This here applies from your design to the message you would want to convey. It should be relevant and significant at the time that you’re doing your advertising campaign.
3 – Come out as an expert in your field. Consumers are basically interested in what an expert has to say. The expert generally knows what he or she is talking about and knows exactly what he or she is doing.
4 – Be consistent. Your brand, name and message should be reflected in all your marketing materials. From your business cards to your marketing brochures, you should only have one message and idea to convey. The more consistent you are the better it is for your target audience to retain you in their minds.
5 – Lastly, be credible. Credibility is the building block for any business relationship. If your target audience can rely on you to deliver what you’ve promised, then your marketing campaign and all the effort you’ve given would be well worth it.
